Taiwan schools are very funny and strange. Every now and then, the kids put on some kind of show. Last time its was the Christmas perfomance with a lot of singing and dancing. This time its a dance perfomance. Not sure the reason why, but it seems to be the norm. I felt a bit weirded out...and I guess a little peeved. Called me old fashioned, but I thought school is about books and learning stuff...it seems all Amelie every does is practice for such performances and endless school outings. More photos here .

As its the year of the Rabbit, Taiwan tries to make things which are Rabbit shaped. Amelie seems happy with it, but she got to stop eating desserts!

Decided to get Amelie (and myself) to exercise a little more by taking her to the SYS Memorial park and dabble in some football (or soccer). Then from one round object to another round floaty watery object, decided to treat Amelie to some bubble fun! More photos here .

Trying to expand Amelie's artistic side, decided to take her to the Chagnall art exhibition. Well, I say try...it seems her critique of other's work is rather harsh. When asked who is a better artist, Chagnall or herself, well...I think you can guess the answer! More photos here .
