Amiga Music

Carrying on the nostalgia of my Amiga days, I came across this website, amigamusic.com. Miss the music from your favourite Amiga game? Come here and search for the mp3 and listen to it on your iPod until your heart is content and you are wallowing in your long forgotten adolescent feelings when you first grabbed the Quickshot II Plus joystick, waiting for your favourite, addictive and original game to load from its three and half inch double density floppy disk.....ah.

Geeky? Yes, absolutely. Making you feel the good old times and remembering those care-free days? Fantastic.

Here's a sample from YouTube for Lotus 2. Hope you like it and may it bring back those happy days :-)

Rainy Weekend

What a way to end the weekend, being soaked top-to-bottom in heavy rain! It came very suddenly and we just wanted to get home, so we took the chance and ran all the way home in the rain. It was refreshing actually, I have had a lot on my mind recently and the being soaked certainly gave the brain a bit of a reboot. But then I realised Taiwan rain is quite acidic, not a good thing. Anyhow, I have updated my homepage with something useful for the lunch hours. Its a random lunch selector, which basically displays a picture of a local eatery which we would go to for lunch. I've also made use of the ned 8MB ADSL line by doing a bit of downloading and listening to online radio. Certainly makes a difference and if you guys can get it, then get it! I just read th...

Superman Snappy

Snap the man of steel and score points! My first attempt, I got 82. This will just have to do until I get a new camera.

Homeward Bound (For 2 Weeks)

We're setting off later this evening to UK for a couple of weeks. Can't wait to see Manchester and Ashton-under-Lyne again, not to mention to catch with friends and family and of course do a bit of driving! I haven't been driving for more than a year now since I have been in Taiwan, feels like my legs have gone! We're taking a lot pineapple cakes, which Taiwan is famous for, back to friends and family in UK, and some other gifts too. On the way back, we'll bring back all sorts of stuff to Taiwan, so another post on that when I get back. Not sure whether I'll be able to get online as often, but will try my best to keep my blog updated as much as possible while I am over in UK. My grand parents also arrived in UK from Hong Kong to attend my brother Jimmy's wedding. So time would probably be spent travelling around and take to places to see and have fun. Don't worry, as always, I'll be taking pictures! It will be Amelie's first time visit to UK...
