If like me, you have Google UK set as your homepage for your favourite internet browser, you would have noticed that gone all black. Why? Well because its Earth hour, an opportunity to switch off the lights for an hour to save the world from increasing carbon emissions.
Well, does it work? I don't know to be honest, but its a way to get environment issues noticed, especially on the web. But bear in mind I had to switch on and use some electricity to actually write this post.
I'm no expert in environment saving and all that (I do know my friend Netty has a few things to say about the environment), but I'll try to do my best in doing my little bit to help the environment.
