Freedom Square, Chiang-kai Shek Memorial Hall

After work one evening, decided to go for a walk somewhere, so instead of getting off at my usual stop, I stayed on the MRT to go to Freedom Square, Chiang-kai Shek Memorial Hall (formally known as Zhong-zhen Memorial Square) for some photos. I haven't been here for a while, and not much has changed, well apart from its name of course. But I did feel a little relaxed when sitting near the flag pole and resting my eyes around the scenery. More photos here.

Amelie Back In Taiwan, Reunion With Mister Donuts

Amelie finally back in Taiwan!  Have missed her for three months, but have been busy at work, not had chance to catch up with her.  However, Amelie did some catching up herself...with her favourite Mister Donuts! You must cut down on those foods!

Its been a while!

Hey all, sorry, had been away for so long.  Sometimes have so many things going on and so many thoughts, not sure what to write. Life update is that we've moved out of the in-laws place, and renting an apartment in the city.  It's not brand new. No lifts, and we live on the top floor, but it's my home now. Just recently been in hospital for stomach ulcers causing internal bleeding.  Nightmare, when you wasn't allowed to eat or drink for 4 days.  But I'm back home now, but only this morning, I discovered I now have a gout attack.  FML. Anyway, life continues to surprise or annoy me in new and fascinating ways. Mimi is still with us by the way, always staying loyal and guarding. Until next time.
